Roles and Responsibilities# Managing the team of Branch Managers and their down line team. # Working as profit center head for the region and take responsibility for overall growth across all channels like Retail (Equity/Commodity), Franchisee etc. # Be and keep the team informed with the latest development in stocks and its impact on investment pattern. # Achieving overall Topline & Bottom line objective of the zone. # Daily monitoring to ensure individual and team target is achieved. # Drive the VP/Contest and keep the team motivated to perform their best and optimum level. # Recruitment, training & development of all units and ensure the budgeted team strength is maintained at all times. # As a final escalation point for region you need to resolve all issues that is coming into the way of smooth operation. # Monitor and comply the regulator’s guidelines and be updated with latest directives.
Desired Candidate Profile# Currently must be managing a large team of Retail (Equity/Commodity Dealing) and Franchisee etc.in Stock Broking with any reputed Co.# Hands on experience and skilled in recruiting, training and developing across functions in plug and play model.# Skilled in dealing and in-depth knowledge of all Stock Market affairs# Excellent team manager and problem solving person.
