Roles and Responsibilities
About Business line/Function :Super Investor team is responsible for servicing and growing the Super Investor client segment. Super Investors eligibility requirement is total relationship value (TRV) of a minimum Rs.10 lakhs and a maximum of Rs. 2 crores held with company. The customer profile is mostly of an investor, who are not active traders. Investment Specialist (IS) / Senior Investment Specialist (Sr.IS) is a dedicated resource responsible for all financial needs & services for the Super Investor clients allotted to them. Additionally, the IS / Sr. IS is supported with an Equity Expert (EE) and regional dealers for equity business & transactions respectively. The KPI of IS / Sr. IS is to achieve the defined SI points table targets. The IS / Sr. IS needs to ensure the delivery of the segment value proposition to their clients. The IS should ensure cross-selling of all available products of company to the customers based on their financial needs and goals The IS / Sr. IS reports to the Regional Head / Territory manager of the Super Investor segment. The IS / Sr. IS also has a dotted line reporting to the Branch Manager (BM) where the clients hold their account
Position Purpose As an IS / Sr. IS, your primary KPI by gathering assets by distributing mutual funds, PMS, Corporate FDs along with other financial products within company as well as third party product providers. You are responsible to generate SI points by selling and cross-selling trading products of company, providing protection driven products, helping client trade better volumes with the help of LAS, EMF, education driven products. You will also be responsible for acquiring new customers in this segment and upgrading clients to company One or Super Trader segments.
Direct Responsibilities The main responsibility of this channel is to achieve the defined SI points table by offering bouquet of products like broking, education, insurance, interest oriented instruments and asset gathering instruments, such as PMS, AIF, Mutual funds, Corporate FD, NCD, SGB and any other financial products introduced from time to time, to their mapped Super investor clients through in person interaction or through telephonic/webinar conversation or both. This is a relationship management role and the IS / Sr. IS will be eligible for incentives in addition to fixed salary. Contributing Responsibilities Responsible for achieving SI points of broking, lending products, Sharekhan Education and Insurance products Responsible for gathering assets for investment products such as mutual funds, PMS, AIF and other products launched from time to time Add new customers Upgrade / Move clients to other segments Increase the AUM & Revenue from the mapped book

Skills Referential: Prior work experience of equity broking, insurance and mutual funds through working for a broking, asset management or bank is desirable
