Roles and Responsibilities

# Formulation and implementation of Insurance Renewal plan
# Driving renewals for pan India, centrally as well as coordinating with sales team
# Work on continuous improvement of renewal percentages across product categories
# Work closely to ensure customer retention and prevent data leakages
# Set up system to ensure 90% plus renewal of Insurance cases
# Management information system and reporting.

# Renewal ratios across products
# Renewal process
# Prevention of Data leakage at manufacturer levels
# Planning and execution





Desired Candidate Profile

# Candidate must be currently in insurance renewal
# Experience of set up renewal verticals
# Team handling experience will add value
# 3 yrs. or above exp. mandatory
