Roles and Responsibilities Direct Responsibilities
Desired Candidate Profile Technical & Behavioural Competencies Expertise in Building C#.Net desktop application (Winform/WPF) Design pattern (Producer Consumer, Singleton etc) Experience MVVM/MVC Pattern Data Structure (List, Dictionary, Queue, Stack, Linked List, set etc) Building user interface using third party such as devexpress/ telerik is preferred Expertise in writing Multithreaded programming Experience in Graphics Programming is preferred (like drawing pie chart, bar chart etc) Skill of Building Client Server Architecture (2 & 3 Tier Architecture) Extensive Knowledge of writing SQL query and Stored Procedure (MS SQL or MySql) Knowledge about cipher data (Encryption/Decryption) Knowledge in Byte/Bit Operations Extensive experience in Profiling Desktop Application UI and Memory to optimize system performance Build or consume Restful API services in .Net Troubleshooting issues on application installed on client machine Building UML Diagram (Sequence, User case etc)
Specific Qualifications PG: Any Graduate – BE, MCA, M-Tech, ME, Msc – Computers Science 6+ years’ experience in IT Software Development/Analysis
- Lead team of employees towards achieving business goal
- Manage Teams to deliver the assigned tasks, track status.
- Split and assign the Task/Project to team members upon their skill set
- Periodically track and report Task/Project status to Project Lead
- Extensive experience designing and developing enterprise grade software
- Experience with debugging, performance profiling and optimization Comprehensive understanding of object-oriented and service-oriented application development techniques and theories Internally motivated,
- Mentor the team to understand the technology stack and process.
- Self-Manage priorities and take ownership of deliverables.
- Communicates expectations of the team and the importance
- Able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment
- Takes proactive steps in eliminating team members who do not adhere to team rules.
- Ready to adapt any evolving technology will be used in organization
