Roles and ResponsibilitiesPurpose of the Job
Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner.
# Greet the customers and understand their requirement.
# Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
# Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis.
# Develop MIS system for customer management and internal communication.
# Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.
# Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring customer/business issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
Need of profile: Person who has non sales background, having very good experience and knowledge of handling MIS,PPT presentation, escalation handling experience(he will gonna coordinate with Head Office & Bank HO if any escalation happen to arise), S/he should communicate well. Min graduate, expecting candidates from Life Insurance(If you are getting from BFSI the candidate should work with LI product is a must).

Formal Qualifications / Prior Work Exp
# Commerce Graduate with minimum 4 years of experience.
