Roles and Responsibilities

# Should have good communication skills.
# Associate has to understand the client's queries and send reply via an email & calls
# Should have understanding/knowledge of stock market.
# Customer communications/calls pertaining to various queries/needs to be addressed and replied within defined TAT.
# Maintaining desired level of Quality in order to provide speedy and accurate information to clients.
# Timely and proactive delivery of work assigned needs to be ensured.

Desired Candidate Profile

Preferred Qualification & Experience
Commerce graduate / MBA, preferably with calling experience

Additional Requirement 
Good communication skills and literature with positive attitude
Should be able to deal with the pressure situations
